MELISSA
Owner, Aerial Instructor and Mat Pilates Instructor
Melissa knows what it means to fight through challenges, because she lived it. As a brain tumor survivor, she overcame incredible odds at a young age, and that journey of recovery and rehabilitation shaped who she is today. It also ignited her passion for helping others build confidence and strength, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
Since 2004, she guided people towards becoming the healthiest, strongest, and most confident versions of themselves. With professional certifications through NASM in Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, Pilates Mat Science, Group Fitness, and Aerial Hammock.She also has her Texas-based certification in Nutrition and Wellness Consulting through AFPA. With that she brings a well-rounded approach to fitness and wellness. She has 7 years experience working in clinical and hospital settings alongside physical therapists and physicians which has deepened her understanding of functional movement, rehabilitative exercise and reducing the risk of injury while building strength and confidence.

HOLLY
Aerial Silks and Pilates Instructor
Holly is a dedicated instructor with a passion for teaching movement and fitness. With over 17 years of experience in martial arts and 15 years of leading group fitness classes, she has developed a deep understanding of body mechanics and training methodologies. Her journey into the world of aerial arts ignited a love for silks, leading her to explore acro as a foundational tool for strength, flexibility, and performance readiness. Holly believes acro is a powerful way to prepare for any performing art, helping students build confidence and skill in a supportive environment.

ERIN
Flex & Flow Instructor
Erin is a dedicated aerialist, dancer, and performer with a passion for movement and storytelling. Starting her dance journey at the age of three, she trained in ballet, tap, jazz, and lyrical. Eventually went on to competing on dance teams and performing on stages like the Houston Rockets Halftime Show. In 2022, she discovered aerial arts, igniting a new love for freedom in movement, and has since expanded her expertise to include sling, Lyra, lollipop, pole, aerial chains, and contortion.
As a former stretch therapist and virtual Flexy Coach, Erin has helped clients build flexibility, strength, and confidence. In her Flow & Flex Stretch class, she combines dynamic stretches, active movements, and restorative poses to inspire freedom and mobility for movers of all levels.
