What do I wear to class?
For aerial classes it is recommended to wear leggings and a fitted shirt that covers your armpits. Socks are also preferable but not required. Please no clothing with zippers or jewelry.
What if I am new to aerial or to fitness?
Not a problem! Where possible, start at the beginner level class. All other fitness classes provide modifications to make appropriate for various fitness levels.
